Spend at least twenty minutes each day of pure smile/giggle time. This is the BEST time of day. It is the perfect excuse to be silly with your baby. Do whatever it takes to make that little one laugh, smirk, twist and turn. Pretty soon, you'll find it becomes your favorite part of the day.

Skip the T.V. Television teaches a child to veg-out and detach. Babies need real people, real conversation, and real stimulation. It's been proven that T.V. is developmentally damaging to children under 3 years of age.
